Secure Payment

Altowork accepts several payment methods, all processed securely via Shopify Payments. Your banking details never pass through our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal — Pay via your PayPal account or as a guest
• Apple Pay — On Safari and compatible Apple devices
• Google Pay — On Chrome and compatible Android devices

Transaction Security

All transactions are encrypted via the TLS / SSL protocol. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments (Stripe), certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security standard for payment data.

Altowork retains no card data. Every transaction is authenticated in accordance with the requirements of the European PSD2 directive (strong customer authentication).

Currency

All transactions are made in euros (€). The price displayed on the product page is the final price inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable — art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).

Account Debit

Your account is debited at the time of order confirmation. In the event of item unavailability, you are refunded within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Invoicing

An invoice is automatically sent by email to the address provided at the time of the order. You can also download it from your customer account.
